I am so proud to be guest blogging over at Alise Write today where I write about the transformative nature of unexpected relationships. It is one of my more vulnerable posts and includes a shout-out to an unexpected relationship (or, rather, an unexpectedly transformed relationship) in my life. The topic of unexpected relationships is rather fitting for the guest post since my relationship with Alise, and a number of other writers as well, has been an unexpected side effect of this blogging venture of mine. I was introduced to Alise’s blog a few months ago and instantly fell in love with her compelling, socially aware posts. She has a fantastic written voice with an easy style, even when tackling sticky social, political, and spiritual issues.
